 Nothing like throwing away your rubbish for all of us to see on display.  Thank you to the inconsiderate person who thought someone was desperate enough to take your crappy sectional.   



I have taken steps to dismantle it and put it where it truly belongs, the dumpster!  Oh and Board Members, thanks for giving a care, (which you do not), otherwise, you would have addressed this weeks ago!

This is so sad that we have a homeowner who just dumps an unwanted sofa unit and does not seem to care that it wasn't removed by the trash men. I understand that another homeowner took the time to dismantle the unit as after two weeks it would not be moved, and the hoa not taking any action to get rid of the eyesore. Thanks for someone taking pride in where we live

Kaela has asked the same question, and the HOA president says there is an additional cost for this from wASTE MANAGEMENT. It's a good topic to bring up in the next HOA meeting. You would discuss that during the Home-Owners forum!.
