Welcome

        Dear Homeowner,

On behalf of the Bethany Crown Homeowners, we welcome you to our community. Over the coming months, we look forward to meeting you, whether it be walking down the street, or at the pool. The operation of your homeowners' association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The five Board members are elected on a staggered basis by the community. Elections are held at the annual homeowners meeting. The Board is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association, and for maintaining members’ compliance with the established rules and guidelines. Please take the time to read through the Declarations and Bylaws you received during the home purchase process. 360 Community Property Management Group is our contracted property management company. Our Property Manager can be reached at (602) 863-3600 The property manager should be contacted regarding any service issues concerning the community property, any apparent violations of rules and guidelines, and for any questions about your homeowner dues and assessments. As a homeowner, you may already have some ideas on how you’d like to improve your property. Please keep in mind, the Association has an Architectural Review Committee (for those that attack me on this, it's the Board Members) to help maintain the quality of our neighborhood. Its function is to evaluate the plans for all exterior landscaping, repairs, and remodeling (such as painting, decks, fences, trees and bushes, replacement roofs, etc.) in order to ensure compliance with all covenants, restrictions, and guidelines. The purpose of this review is to protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our homes. Modifications to the exterior of your home and property must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval before any work begins. If work is started without prior approval, the homeowner may be required to alter or remove the changes. Again, welcome to the Bethany Crown community! We know you’ll find this neighborhood is a great place to live and we encourage your participation in our activities and functions. Sincerely, James Morgan

I first moved here as a renter in 2014 and tried to address issues around the complex with the property management company (broken light fixtures, fencing, gaps in structures that can let pests in etc). Never received any replies back despite repeated contact. I hope this blog can address some of these issues as well, because the amount of communication is abysmal.

Hi Kyle- I totally understand your frustration in regards to calls and or emails not being responded to as well!! My hope is that this blog will help with that issue. I have even gone as far as calling the HOA President Jack with no return calls and I have knocked on his door with no response as well. This was quite sometime ago about 1 and 1/2 years ago.. I gave up.

Kyle, Tami is correct, and we are workinf diligently with engineering the changes that we need. Do me a favor, once you identify an issue, please take a photo of it, and submit it to me (morgancomplex@gmail.com). I will get it loaded up on the blog, and start to raise awareness of the issue with the board. I will post the respomse from the board so you know exactly whay is going on! Cheers James!
