So mnay visitors over the weekend to see the property at 107. Very pleased with the comments that people have made. Additionaly thgere have been many questions about the HOA and the Board Difficult to answer that portion of the questions, especially when I have so many questions myself.
Or are they??? I'm beginning to hear that prospective buyer are nervous that the HOA has a rundown look, and are tepid at best in buying in the community.
I've heard much the same, and I agree as well. It is time that we work on creating a plan to give our complex the "face-lift" it so desperately needs so that our exterior has the same standards as our interiors.
That said, I believe we should prioritize fixing what is already in grave disrepair (fencing, water damage, pavement, etc.)!
