Do we love the pool area, or hate the look! Would sun-sails look good, and add the needed shade for the hot summer months?

Dying!

Broken, Dirty $ no gas for a year!

A little of everything!

No continuity

Spectacular

Potential to be much better but with minimal additional cost.

Now imagine this as the alternative.

I guess my biggest issue about th complex.. I think the pool area needs more continuity. Things do not match. It looks a bit getto out there. Also, the grill doesn't even work for over a year now.. I found out the reason is there is not any propane in the
tank.. Whats up with that??

We are going to seriously work on that! A agree, as do many people, the pool is very dated, and could use some additional shade and consistency in the overall look.

While I wouldn't expect an overhaul, I think some sail shades on the west end that still allow access to the skimmers and lines would do a lot to help the area. The umbrella tables are nice if the chairs match and aren't 500 degrees. Since water is a community utility, a basic misting system with a simple timer in case someone forgets to turn it off when they leave, combined with more shade could vastly improve the scene out there. Big enough sails and some of the palms disappear. They are overdue for a trim. But I don't climb trees without branches, lol.

Thanks for the feed back, and duly noted. I'm working on an estimate for the sunsails. Will keep you informed.

Finally someone got the point and removed the dying queen palm! But we have so much more that needs to be done. We may as well remove the lone orange tree, and get going with the type of shade and coverings we really need and want.
